A severe storm with torrential rain earlier this year resulted in the collapse of a 30 metre high cliff in Hastings.
The collapse resulted in the crushing of an Outhouse/Studio to the rear of a residential property, with the excessive soil completely obscuring the terraced garden.
Also affected was a further adjacent property with severe damage to a commercial garage.
EAP have designed a scheme to retain the cliff, to avoid future collapse, which is currently awaiting planning approval from the Local Authority.
