EAP were instructed to prepare drawings for a proposed part two storey and single storey wrap around extension to a residential property in Chelmsford.
Once drawings to comply with the design brief were accepted by the client, a planning application was submitted.
As soon as planning approval was granted EAP prepared drawings in compliance with current Building Regulations, which were duly accepted by the Local Authority.
The construction progressed satisfactorily with completion and sign off acknowledged recently.
As a result, there was a happy client, which is what EAP aim for at all times.
