Identifying Potential Risks of Contamination

 

There is now a requirement by many Local Planning Authorities to provide a Contamination Risk Assessment to ensure that the land being developed does not suffer from contamination. These reports will include a site walkover to provide a risk assessment of which will hopefully confirm there is no risk of contamination. Our experienced team of engineers will collect samples and send them to a laboratory to be checked, which will then allow identification of any potential risk of contamination and provide our engineers with the information needed to examine what the next steps may be.
