Vaulty Manor – a Marriage of Skills.

Vaulty Manor is a prestige Wedding Venue in Heybridge which dates back to 1186 when it was donated to Beeleigh Abbey by Robert Mantel, Lord of Little Maldon. Now the house and grounds along with some beautifully converted Barns, offer a beautiful backdrop to any special occasion.

EAP Property Services as experienced Structural Engineers were contacted to provide calculations which were required for the conversion of a Listed Barn into a fully functional events area.

The builders were required to remove walls and open up the existing roof area to increase the ceiling height for an open function suite and reception area for weddings and celebrations.

On arrival at the site we inspected the existing roof beams and the walls

Once we had done the calculations and the designs work could start with the conversion – even through the snow and the Beast from the East the work carried on.

EAP continued to work with Vaulty Manor to ensure that everything ran smoothly

The Site was finalised in March 2018 after the arrival of the interior designers and is now ready for the Wedding Season
