COVID-19 Guidance from EAP

Updated: Mar 24, 2020

The team at EAP feel it is prudent to provide you with an update on how the landscape of our company will look over the coming weeks due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 throughout the UK.

Business is open as normal

As COVID-19 continues to impact us globally, we wanted to reassure you that our communities safety and wellbeing are at the forefront of our actions, we have therefore put the following measures in place;

  • All office based staff will move to work remotely, this will make very little difference to most customers as we will still be taking your calls and still be dealing with your projects.

  • Applications for planning and building regulations will continue as normal, we are taking the opportunity to prepare designs and obtain consent ready for when the virus subsides.

  • If our staff is coming out to site, be that a building site or a home visit, we will be arriving equipped with face masks and gloves, please don’t take offence to this, this is purely a precaution and is in the best interest of everyone.

  • If your contact details have changed in the last 6 months or there is other contact details you wish us to have to enable us to update you efficiently, please get in touch with us and let us know ASAP.

  • Any face to face meetings that our team are required to attend will either be postponed or will be conducted via a video conferencing medium, details of this will be arranged with those clients directly.

Our organisation are monitoring the situation daily and we will continue to do all we can protect the health and wellbeing of all of our staff and customers. We ask you all to do the same by following the World Health Organisations advice on regular hand washing, avoiding unwell people and keeping up to date with the daily advice and any changes to recommended procedures.

From the entire team at EAP, please look after yourselves and those around you. We will continue to update our website and our customers directly with any further changes over the coming weeks.

Kind Regards

The EAP Team
