About us
We are structural engineers and surveyors, with wide and lengthy experience in all aspects of insurance work covering building damage and related problems.
On behalf of our Clients, we have for many years negotiated claims with all the major Insurance Companies and their Loss Adjusters, and are therefore very experienced in this work.
In looking after our Client's interests, we have the necessary technical knowledge required to assess their needs properly, and we are also able to provide legal experience in furthering their Claims.
What we do
Upon instruction from the Client, we take over the conduct of their negotiations with the Insurers; we prepare our own technical report on the damage, photographic records, designs and estimates for re-instatement work, (including planning requirements) and we advise and assist throughout, to completion of the Claim.
Our brief is to maximise the Client's Claim to ensure a satisfactory settlement and to make certain that all appropriate repairs and reinstatement are accomplished - by supervision of the work on behalf of the Claimant - and to ensure also that the Claimant is not under-compensated.
Expert Witness Service
We are frequently instructed to provide reports and testimony for building dispute litigation.
